Payment and Delivery

Payment
We have several payment options available to you.

You can pay by credit or debit card via our online payment gateway STRIPE.

Alternatively you can pay on line with PayPal. PayPal is secure and easy to use and you do NOT need a PayPal account. You can choose to pay via your own PayPal account or select the option to pay WITHOUT a PayPal account with a debit or credit card. Simply follow the instructions on screen.
If you prefer you can also pay over the telephone, please give us a call on 07886 351826 with a product code or name/description during our opening hours and we will take your payment via credit or debit card over the telephone.

Delivery within the UK is charged at £3.49 but is FREE of charge when you spend £35 or over.
We use Royal Mail for all orders, please contact us for a tracking number should you require it.
Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of office hours (Monday to Friday) If at certain times dispatch time is expected to be any longer, you will be notified by email. Most orders arrive next working day after dispatch.

Delivery for Europe and the rest of the world is priced between £8.95 and £10.45 but is FREE when you spend £100 or more. Please Contact Us if you have any questions
